Video is more important to marketing than ever before. Videos show, far and away, better interaction and retention than photography or written content. If video isn’t part of your company’s marketing strategy, you’re missing out on a huge audience.
Video is arguably my strongest skill set. I’ve been producing video content professionally for over 17 years. First as a journalist for the Navy, then for TV news in Tulsa, OK. I then went on to work for an entertainment TV show, and now craft corporate and freelance video projects.
I filmed, directed, and edited this piece on the historic Hippodrome Theater in Downtown, Waco. TFNB Your Bank For Life wanted to promote their relationship with with owners and their role in funding the project. This commercial aired on several different local TV stations and as part of a larger campaign.
World-wide CrossFit Runner Up: "Stoops"
I put together a documentary featuring a member of the Train Waco community who overcame diabetes with CrossFit. It was entered into a world-wide video contest and got runner-up overall. A little side note: I also crafted and maintain the trainwaco.com website.
Charity Champions: Pack of Hope
I’ve created dozens of videos as part of the “Charity Champions” initiative to highlight local charities both in the community and at Baylor University home football games. This one features the McLennan County Pack of Hope. They pack bags of food for hungry school kids over the weekend.
Athlon: a Halliburton Service
I put together a series of videos to promote Athlon: a Halliburton Service. This video is an overview about what the division does for its customers.
